Since 1984, JGI Incorporated has specialized in service of process. In fact it has been the back bone of our company. Service of process is not always a pleasant experience, and persons being served are not always cooperative. Our experience, knowledge, determination, and creativity are just the right elements of a successful process server. Specializing in the service of the following documents:
Temporary Restraining Order (TRO)- Order to Show Cause (OSC)
- Garnishments
- Bank Levy
- Writ of Attachment/Executions

Process of Service Terms:
Six (6) attempts at the fixed rate. No mileage charge - One (1) attempt every 72 hours. Orange County | $50 | Los Angeles County | $75 | Riverside County | $75 | San Bernardino County | $85 | San Diego County | $95 |
Call for a quote on desert areas, mountain areas and rural areas for each county.
Rush Service Terms
Add to the service or process rates $30 for Orange County and $60 for all other counties. Up to six (6) attempts made in a forty-eight hour period from the time of receiving the documents. No mileage charge, fixed rate.
Special Handling Terms
Services which require stake-out timeor wait time are billed at the regular service rate, plus $60 per hour with a minimum of 2 hour charge.
Additional Parties/Defendants
Parties or Defendants in the same case at the same address are billed one half (1/2) the service rate with a minimum charge of $30.
Bad Address
An address that was given for service where the defendant can no longer be found or where the address itself cannot be found or is incomplete, are billed at the full service rate.
Statewide & Out of State Services
Out of the area services are billed at our associate's cost, plus an $80 statewide or out of state handling charge. This includes the costs of the courier, status of services, proof of service or non-service declarations. < Back Home
