Rates and Terms
- Six attempts are made at a fixed rate, no mileage charge. Additional parties served in the same case at the same address, are billed the regular service rate.
- After six attempts, if service is unable to be effectuated, a declaration on non-service will be provided to you listing the various dates and times of attempts made.
- Bad addresses are billed at the regular service terms-rates. If the service is canceled by litigant after any attempts are made, the regular rate for service will be applied.
- Rush Services which require attempts to be made the same day they are received and six attempts made within 72 hours, will be billed a rush charge in addition to the regular service rate.
Out of State or Statewide Services
JGI has associates throughout California and the United States. These services are billed at our associate charge, plus a $200 JGI statewide or out of state handling fee. My associate’s fees varies dramatically throughout the states. This includes the cost of courier, status of service, and proof of service or non-service declaration. Contact us for a quote.
